"I wish I'd done this yesterday, but I can still do it tomorrow." Sounds like a formula to never get it done! What about starting today? At least make a plan to begin! Make a list of anything you will need to start; plan your approach; and jump right in!
Don't worry about your age; go after your dream! Your plan may take two years, but you will still be two years older in two years even if you don't get started.
Break your goal up into smaller steps. I'm working on getting rid of some excess weight. I would LOVE to wake up tomorrow, having lost the 50 pounds I need to lose, but I know it's not going to happen that way. I am focusing on 5 pounds at a time. I'll get there, bit by bit! I'm down 20 pounds already!
The important thing you must do is just START!
