New Beginnings

It's January, 2023. Time to look back and view successes and failures is an important part of a new beginning. Then one needs to plan what will be accomplished this year. For me, individually, it's to live healthier, to take more steps.

The Artesia Literacy Council plans to expand our footprint by hiring and training tutors to serve all that are interested in our services. To that end, we have funding to pay tutors. both for their training and tutoring times. We are working to develop more relationships in the community with donors and others to become a more vital part of the community.
